Method

  1. 01

    Knead the softened butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and flour, first with the dough hooks of a hand mixer, then by hand.

    Shape the dough into logs (2 cm in diameter) and chill for several hours.

  3. 03

    Cut the logs into slices about 5 mm thick and place on greased baking trays.

  4. 04

    Bake at 200 °C (fan 170 °C) for 10-12 minutes and leave to cool.
