Hazelnut Cake

Method

   Put the butter, sugar and salt in a bowl and beat until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time.

   Stir in the flour, baking powder and ground hazelnuts. Finally stir in the milk.

3. 03

   Grease a loaf tin. Bake at 175 °C for about 1 hour until golden brown.
